Q: What services does your travel agency provide?

A: We offer a wide range of services, including Destination Weddings, Honeymoons, family holiday packages, city breaks, solo travelling, cruises or off the beaten track. Pretty much anything is possible. We also offer extras such as car hire, private transfers, flight upgrades, theme park tickets or anything else you could possibly need, we will be able to find for you.

Q: How can I book a trip with your agency?

A: The first step is to complete our enquiry form. The more information you can give us, the more likely we are going to be able to arrange your perfect getaway. We will then produce a quote that we will send to you. If you need anything changing or amending then we can do this for you. Once you are happy then we will send you the booking details and a payment link. Your holiday and price is not confirmed until you have paid your deposit.

Q: Do you charge fees for your services?

A: All of our fees are covered by our suppliers so there will never be any hidden fees charged to you. If you make any amendments to the booking after the deposit has been paid or you pay in instalments, there may be additional charges charged by our suppliers which we will pass on to you.

Q: Can I make changes to my booking after it's confirmed?

A: Yes, we understand that plans can change! We’ll work with you to make adjustments to your booking, whether it’s changing dates or modifying the itinerary. Just remember, as already mentioned, some changes may incur additional charges depending on the suppliers policies.

Q: Do you offer group travel packages?

A: Absolutely! We specialise in both small and large group travel. Whether you're planning a family reunion, corporate retreat, or school trip, we can tailor the perfect package to meet the group's needs, including flights, accommodations, and activities.

Q: Can you help with last-minute bookings?

A: Yes! We understand that sometimes travel plans come together at the last minute. We’ll do our best to secure flights, accommodations, and any other arrangements you need, even if you're booking at the last minute.

Q: Do you provide travel insurance?

A: We offer ATOL to all qualifying holidays, along with PTS which means all your funds are protected. You may also be entitled to SFI and SAFI insurance. Despite all the protection we offer, we strongly advise you take out your own travel insurance as soon as you book your holiday to protect you from any unexpected events that could impact your holiday.

A: No, we work with a wide range of airlines, hotels, and tour operators to offer you the best selection and the most competitive prices. We’re independent, so we can source the best options based on your preferences, not limited to a specific brand or chain.
